A Testimony That Transformed Don’s Family 🧺

Hey friends, 👋

In a recent podcast conversation 🎙, Don shared a story with me that I can’t stop thinking about.

Years ago, his grandmother was working at her church — making decorations, serving, just doing what needed to be done — when a woman came in and quietly said:

"There’s a basket at the door… and I think there’s a baby in it." 🧺

No name.

No explanation.

Just those words.

Don’s grandmother stepped outside into the crisp air ❄️ — and there it was:

A baby 👶

In a basket 🧺

Waiting at the church door🚪

She picked up that little life, took them inside, and that child was adopted into their family. That baby grew up to be Don’s aunt!

Friends… that is the heart of God on display!

👨🏻‍🍼He is a Father to the fatherless.

👪He sets the lonely in families.

🥹He sees every child, every person, every soul.

We don’t always know the “why” behind someone’s story — but we can always be part of the “what happens next.”

There is HOPE💛

There is PURPOSE🎯

And there is always a place in God’s plan for YOU✨
