You Must Be BOLD 😎

“Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great BOLDNESS. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” Acts 4:29-30

Good morning friends! If I may, let me encourage you this morning to do something that doesn’t come naturally to most people: be BOLD! “Now hold on one minute, Pastor AJ, boldness isn’t for everyone!” Is that what you’re thinking? It’s ok if you are. But to the contrary, I’m going to encourage you BUCK the system, the system of your own comfort zone … at least for one minute. My reasoning is that you may not REALIZE how crucial your BOLDNESS is to the advancement of the Gospel in your own community, ESPECIALLY when the God’s truth and the church is increasingly threatened by emerging enemies. In our world, these enemies look like immoral activists, abortion clinics and neo-pagans posing as professors who do everything they can to squelch, undermine and prevent people from practicing Christianity. That’s why you’ve GOT to watch this week’s video “Matt Walsh Cancelled? Is Big Tech Silencing Christian Voices?” (linked below) in which I talk about another emerging concern in the form of the apps we use every day. The unfortunate truth is that these people are very much ENEMIES of the Gospel and that’s WHY we need to be BOLD! That’s why the early church prayed for BOLDNESS when their enemies threatened them with violence. The result was that their world was SHAKEN for Jesus and ours will be too if we are BOLD!
